How to Top Up Your Wallet

Overview

Your AFRICLOUD wallet is a prepaid balance used to pay for hourly resources and invoices. You can top up using a credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

Step-by-Step

  1. Log in to your AFRICLOUD Dashboard
  2. Go to Billing in the sidebar
  3. Click Top Up
  4. Enter the amount you want to add
  5. Choose your payment method:

Card & Bank (via Stripe)

Select Card & Bank and click Continue. Stripe will show all payment methods available in your country, including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Bank transfers (SEPA for EU, ACH for US)
  • Local methods like PIX (Brazil), iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), BLIK (Poland)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link

The amount is automatically converted to your local currency where applicable. You pay in your currency, and the equivalent USD is credited to your wallet.

PayPal

Select PayPal and click Continue. You will be redirected to PayPal to authorise the payment. Once complete, you are returned to the dashboard and your wallet is credited.

Cryptocurrency

Select Crypto and click Continue. You will be shown a payment page with supported coins (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more). Send the exact amount shown to the provided wallet address. Your wallet is credited once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Notes

  • Minimum top-up amounts vary by currency
  • Wallet balance is used automatically when invoices are generated
  • If you have a saved payment method, invoices can be charged automatically
