How to Pay with PIX (Brazil)

Overview

If you are in Brazil, you can pay for AFRICLOUD services using PIX through our Stripe integration. PIX payments are instant and convert automatically from USD to BRL.

How It Works

PIX is available on the Wallet Top-Up page. When you select Card & Bank as your payment method, Stripe detects your location and shows PIX as an option alongside cards and other local methods.

Step-by-Step

  1. Log in to your AFRICLOUD Dashboard
  2. Go to Billing > Top Up
  3. Enter the amount (shown in USD)
  4. Select Card & Bank and click Continue
  5. On the Stripe payment page, select PIX
  6. The amount is converted to BRL at the current exchange rate
  7. Scan the QR code with your banking app or copy the PIX code
  8. Payment is confirmed instantly and your wallet is credited

Important Notes

  • PIX is available for wallet top-ups only (not direct invoice payments)
  • The conversion from USD to BRL is handled by Stripe at the current market rate
  • Once your wallet has sufficient balance, it is used automatically to pay invoices
  • PIX payments are processed instantly during banking hours

Tip

If you have an upcoming invoice, top up your wallet with the invoice amount via PIX. The wallet balance will be applied to the invoice automatically.
