How to Pay with PayPal

Overview
You can use PayPal to pay for new server orders or top up your AFRICLOUD wallet. PayPal accepts payments from your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or linked card.
How to Pay
New Server Order
- Choose your server plan and click Order
- At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method
- Click Continue to be redirected to PayPal
- Log in to your PayPal account and authorise the payment
- You are returned to AFRICLOUD and your server begins provisioning
Wallet Top-Up
- Go to Billing > Top Up
- Enter the amount
- Select PayPal and click Continue
- Complete the payment on PayPal
- Your wallet is credited immediately
Currency
- Prices are shown in your account currency (USD, EUR, GBP, or other)
- If your PayPal account is in a different currency, PayPal handles the conversion at their exchange rate
- Some currencies (ZAR, NGN) are automatically converted to USD before being sent to PayPal
Important Notes
- PayPal payments are one-time transactions (not recurring subscriptions)
- To ensure uninterrupted service, consider saving a card for automatic billing or topping up your wallet before your renewal date
- PayPal refunds are processed back to your PayPal account within 5-10 business days
