Colocation: Your Hardware in Our Racks
Last updated 25 September 2026
How it is arranged
Colocation is sold by quotation, not from the order page. Open a support ticket with the hardware you want to place (make, model, rack units, power draw) and the location, and our team send you a quote. Accepting and paying the quote creates the service; we install the hardware and email you when it is live. There are no site visits: installation is done by us, and everything after that is done by remote hands.
What your dashboard shows
The Colocation page is read-only for the contract itself: location, rack position and rack units, your power allowance (a flat allowance included in the plan, not metered), your network port, the committed rate, the term and the next renewal date. It also shows:
- Port and traffic: port status and day, week and month traffic graphs, measured on your port by our switch, with the 95th percentile for the month. Traffic up to your committed rate is included; above it, each Mbps is billed with the following month's invoice.
- Addresses: your IPv4 addresses, with self-service reverse DNS.
- Out-of-band access: the status of your WireGuard peer to your management network.
Remote hands and deliveries
Request remote hands from the page and say what our technician should do. You see the price (hourly, one-hour minimum, usually done the next working day) and nothing is scheduled until you accept it. Accepted work is added to your next invoice once it is done. Register a delivery the same way; registration is free of charge, and we give you a receipt reference to label the box with. Do not ship until you have it: an unlabelled box may be refused. A request can be withdrawn until it is accepted.
Renewals and unpaid invoices
Your contract renews monthly at the contract price and is invoiced like any other service. If an invoice stays unpaid, we disable your network port; your hardware stays powered on and nothing on it is touched. The port is re-enabled once the invoice is paid.
When a contract ends
We hold your hardware for 30 days after the end date. To have it shipped back to you, at your cost, open a support ticket before that date. Your IPv4 addresses are released when the 30-day holding period ends, and any usage not yet billed comes on a final invoice.
