Dashboard Overview

Overview

The AFRICLOUD dashboard at my.africloud.com is your central control panel for managing all cloud resources.

Main Sections

Servers

View all your cloud servers, their status, IP addresses, and resource usage. From here you can start, stop, restart, or resize any server. You also have access to the web console (noVNC) for emergency access.

Networking

Manage floating IPs, VPC private networks, DNS zones, and firewall rules. All networking resources can be attached to or detached from your servers.

Storage

Create and manage block storage volumes, object storage buckets, and backup schedules. Block storage volumes can be attached to any server in the same data centre.

Billing

View invoices, manage payment methods, and track your spending. You can pay with credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

Support

Open and track support tickets. Our team provides 24/7 support for infrastructure-related issues. For self-managed server issues, we provide guidance but do not log into your servers.

Account Settings

Update your profile, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage API keys. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for account security.
