Oluniyi D. Ajao

Internet entrepreneur with over 20 years in the hosting and cloud infrastructure industry. Oluniyi founded Web4Africa in 2002, one of the pioneering African domain registrars and web hosting providers, and served as its CEO for 22 years before the company was acquired by HOSTAFRICA in 2024. He now leads AFRICLOUD, a cloud services company delivering high-performance VPS hosting from data centres in Lisbon and Johannesburg, serving markets across Africa, South America, and Europe.

Oluniyi is a member of ZADNA (ZA Domain Name Authority) and the founder of TECH.AFRICA, a technology media platform covering the African tech ecosystem. He writes about server infrastructure, data centre operations, and the evolving cloud landscape.
