Oluniyi D. Ajao

Internet entrepreneur with over 20 years in the hosting and cloud infrastructure industry. Oluniyi founded Web4Africa in 2002 — one of the pioneering African domain registrars and web hosting providers — and served as its CEO for 22 years before the company was acquired by HOSTAFRICA in 2024. He now leads AFRICLOUD, a cloud services company delivering high-performance VPS hosting from data centres in Lisbon and Johannesburg, serving markets across Africa, South America, and Europe.

Oluniyi is a member of ZADNA (ZA Domain Name Authority) and the founder of TECH.AFRICA, a technology media platform covering the African tech ecosystem. He writes about server infrastructure, data centre operations, and the evolving cloud landscape.
