Overview
You can upgrade your VPS plan at any time to get more CPU, RAM, storage, or bandwidth. Upgrades are processed instantly, your data remains intact, and billing is prorated automatically.
When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading if you experience:
- Consistently high CPU usage (above 80%)
- Memory usage regularly exceeding 90%
- Running low on disk space
- Approaching your bandwidth limit
- Need to run additional services

How to Upgrade
- Log in to your Client Area
- Navigate to Services > My Services
- Click on the VPS you wish to upgrade
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade in the left sidebar
- Select your new plan
- Review the prorated price difference
- Complete payment
What Happens During an Upgrade

Prorated Billing Example
If you are 15 days into a monthly billing cycle and upgrade from a $20/month plan to a $40/month plan:
- Remaining days: 15
- Daily difference: ($40 - $20) / 30 = $0.67
- Amount due: 15 × $0.67 = $10.05
Your next renewal will be charged at the new plan rate.
Downgrading
Downgrades are more complex because they may require migrating data to smaller storage. To downgrade:
- Ensure your current disk usage fits within the lower plan limits
- Open a support ticket requesting the downgrade
- Our team will coordinate the process with you
Note: Downgrades are not self-service and may involve brief downtime for data migration.

Upgrade payments can be made using:
- Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (200+ coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
