Never miss a renewal again. AFRICLOUD supports tokenised credit and debit card storage through Stripe, so your invoices are settled automatically - no manual login required.
How It Works
When you add a credit or debit card to your account, Stripe securely tokenises your card details. This means:
- AFRICLOUD never stores your actual card number. We only hold a secure token provided by Stripe.
- AFRICLOUD staff cannot see or access your card details. All sensitive data is held exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
- Renewal invoices are charged automatically. When an invoice is generated, Stripe processes the payment using your stored token - no action needed from you.
Supported Card Networks
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express (Amex)
- Discover
- Diners Club
- UnionPay
How to Add a Card
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Payment Methods.
- Click Add New Payment Method.
- Enter your card details in the secure Stripe form and click Save.
Your card is now stored as a token. All future invoices will be charged automatically.
Managing Your Stored Cards
From the Payment Methods page you can:
- Add a new card at any time.
- Remove a stored card if you no longer wish to use it.
- Set a default payment method if you have multiple cards on file.
Removing a card from your AFRICLOUD account also deletes the token from Stripe - your details are not retained anywhere.
Security
- All card transactions are processed over HTTPS via Stripe's secure infrastructure.
- Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
- AFRICLOUD does not process, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiry date at any point.
Coming Soon
- PayPal Subscriptions - automatic recurring billing via your PayPal account. We will announce this when available.
