After years of careful planning and execution, AfriCloud is live with its world-class VPS Hosting service, targetted at developers.<\/p>\n

While VPS Hosting is not new and in wild abundance, the biggest differentiating factor with AfriCloud is its datacentre locations: African tech hub cities.<\/p>\n

Africa, a continent with a population of over 1 billion people, is home to some 200 million<\/a> internet users. On the flip-side however, most of Africa’s web content are hosted outside<\/a> the shores of Africa. Thus, African users usually have to endure high latency when trying to enjoy multimedia content; developers have to make-do with VPSs hosted in North America or Western Europe etc.<\/p>\n

AfriCloud aims to keep African content within Africa and improve the internet experience for developers, businesses and content consumers within the continent.<\/p>\n
